Ice Hole Dip

Going into the (literally) icy water right after a traditional Finnish smoke sauna is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Still, I did it three times today. :) And I would do it again, without the slightest doubt. :)

First morning :)

It's snowing in Virrat! :)

I do know it's April... ;)

I've arrived to Virrat, the location of the rest of the IP. We moved into traditional wooden houses that have their own saunas, of course. The experience is lovely, but I'm a little short on time, understandably. ;)
We've got Irish, Russian and Bulgarian housemates, so the fun is guaranteed and I already love it.

There's no time to sort all the pictures... :) So, soon you'll have a gallery, but for the time being, words will have to suffice. :)

Walked around to get to know Tampere yesterday... took a million photos. Ran into a ComicCon filled with cosplayers. Suddenly realised I'm not geek enough... recognised no costume other than some ninja turtle-lookalikes. :)

First night in Tampere was filled with Hesburger. There's gonna be no pictures of food from me though. ;) Suffice to say, our burgers were huge.

This was the building of our hotel... I kind of wonder what business was going on in the apartment next door... can anyone who happens to speak Finnish tell me what on Earth it means? :D
